Love & Care Instructions

Take good care of your Soetsakkig bag and it will take good care of you. Here's how to keep it looking its best.

Cleaning

• Wipe with a damp, clean, soft cloth. Avoid rubbing and scrubbing.
• For a deeper clean or to remove stains, use a light unscented soap. Gently rub onto the problem area and wipe off with a damp, clean, soft cloth.
• Dry naturally or with a cloth — avoid heat and keep out of direct sunlight.
• Only use mild dish soap to clean your bag. Never use bleach or alcohol-based products, as these can cause discolouration.

Caring

• Avoid storing your bag in plastic bags or containers, which can trap moisture and cause mold.
• Avoid folding your bag during storage, as this can lead to creasing and cracking.

Weight limit

• Do not exceed a maximum weight of 10kg in your bag. Overloading puts strain on the stitching and can cause tears over time. This isn't covered under our manufacturing warranty.

Handling the base of your bag

• The bottom panel of your bag is also made from pleather. Handle it with care when placing it down on or picking it up from rough or abrasive flooring — this can snag or chafe through the seams and stitching over time. Set your bag down gently rather than dropping it, and try to avoid dragging it across rough surfaces.
