Shipping Policy

At Soetsakkig, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and costs.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy seasons (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Please note that these times do not include the manufacturing time of creating your bag. Add 10 working days on top of shipping time.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Soetsakkig is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in opening a claim with the courier.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we currently only ship within South Africa.
